2. No leave will be granted to the
officials under transfer till they join in the new post. The officials should
be relieved under office arrangements as per the orders above. All the
transfers should be given effect positively by 31-05-2013 without availing
eligible joining time. The charge reports should be sent to all concerned on
their relief and joining in the new post.
3. The officials are eligible for
admissible TA unless the transfer is specifically ordered without TA/TP. The
advance of TA will be granted on application.
