5 Simple ways to be happy


Have a good relationship with yourself:

 A person will be truly happy only if they have a good relationship with themselves! So make sure you are at peace with yourself. For that it is important to find a purpose in life. Find out one thing which makes your life worthwhile. It will make you feel good and help you lead a meaningful life.

Live in the present:

What happened to you in the past should never bother your present. Similarly, what is going to happen is not within your control. So relax and live in the present. See things as they are and stop thinking too much and let go of all the negative emotions.

Be with positive people:

There are some people who just live to crib, stay away from them. It is okay to let out one's frustrations and problems once in a while, but one should never make it a habit. So, bond with all those happy butterflies that will surely make you happy and positive.

Be in charge:

Remember no one has the rights to decide for you even if it is your dad or your spouse. Always have the final say when it comes to issues concerning you. Take responsibility for your actions and be in charge of yourself.

Share and care

Trust us; nothing can make you happier than making another person smile. Appreciate your maid for her good work or leave a good tip for your regular waiter. Spend a day at an orphanage or old age home. Spread some smile and it will always find a way back to you.
