The following are the standard remarks that are to be noted by the postman on the articles returned undelivered :

1. DELIVERED 
2. DEPOSIT-ADDRESSEE ABSENT -INTIMATION SERVED
3. DEPOSIT-DOOR LOCKED-INTIMATION SERVED
4. DEPOSIT-INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS- ENQUIRY
5. DEPOSIT-ADDRESSEE CANNOT BE LOCATED
6. FOR REDIRECTION-ADDRESSEE MOVED
7. RETURNED TO SENDER-REFUSED
8. RETURNED TO SENDER-INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
9. RETURNED TO SENDER-DECEASED
10. RETURNED TO SENDER-UNCLAIMED
11. DAMAGED
12. MISSENT

All the Postmasters of Kurnool Division are directed to guide their delivery staff to note the above said remarks on all the returned articles from today on wards.  

All the Sub Divisional heads are directed to guide the delivery staff suitably.  

All the system administrators to guide the delivery staff to use the above remarks of the offices visited by them as these remarks are being used in delivery modules.
